Decent entertainment. Suspense, some nice gunfights and Maggie Q.

Downsides are: Forget about the love story, and the thugs do speak funny German. Main villain stays hidden until almost the very end, “Oscar winner Philip Seymour Hoffman” has only got little screen time and is not the boss. Finally everything got so confusing that I must have lost it somewhen (Who ? Why ? Let’s blow shit up anyway !) and headed over to imdb.com afterwards to maybe get some answers.

Predecessor is the better movie, thanks to John Woo-style and the theme played by Limp Bizkit. (Current music: M:i:III website. )
