Leider ist Miami Vice kein Oberknaller.
Neben der Undercoverarbeit gegen zwei Drogenbarone & die Miami Nazis kümmert sich Crocket hauptsächlich um seine Affäre mit der kubanisch-chinesischen Gangsterbraut Isabella. Gute Partner geben Farrell & Foxx nicht ab.
Kamera und Musik sind groß – teilweise leider wichtiger als die Story. Der Showdown allerdings ist eindrucksvoll… 🙂

Apart from busting the two drug lords plus the Miami Nazis, the film is mainly about Crocket’s affair with cuban-chinese bad girl Isabella. Farrell & Foxx as partners doesn’t work.
The movie looks and sounds ace, but somehow it seems to be „Style over Substance“… Final shootout is well done, though. 🙂

Fand den Film ganz ok, sollte man sich aber im Kino anschauen. Auf DVD, ohne das notwendige Equipment, könnte der Film zur Schlaftablette mutieren.
